Fabrication of pig launches / receivers associated piping and installation at all offshore platforms at Ravva oil & at gas field east coast of India operated by CEIL.

 

Technical assistance provided to M/s.H.Rosen, Germany for the Intelligent pigging operation for all oil, gas, WI pipelines at Ravva oil & gas field operated by CAIRN ENERGY INDIA LIMITED.

 

Executed shutdown maintenance and project piping tie in Joints for up coming projects out Rawa onshore terminal for CAIRN ENERGY INDIA LIMITED.

 

Platform revamping and deck extension at Ravva oil & gas field for CEIL.

 

Fabrication and installation of new stairway for the existing offshore platform for CEIL at Ravva oil & gas field.

 

Fabrication & installation of oil line, water injection & gas lift line extension and Hook-up to platform for clough offshore, Australia for the RSGD Project at Ravva oil & gas field.

 

Platform piping and accessories fabrication & installation for M/s.Clough offshore at GS 15 & GS 23 platforms operated by oil & Natural Gas Corporation

Provided all technical assistance to M/s.NIPPON STEELS, Singapore at Ravva Gas development project.

 

Providing mooring support with required personnel for the mooring operation of CAIRN ENERGY INDIA LIMITED at of Ravva oil & gas field.

 

Fabrication & erection of well head oil flow lines, water injection lines, well covnersion facilities carried out at all offshore platforms of Ravva field.

 

Provided all assistance for the acid similation jobs of production well tubing.

 

Fabrication and erection of well head, crane, solar panel, wire line activities access platforms at all offshore platforms at Ravva field.

 

Maintenance works of SBM at Ravva field

 

1. Actively involved in floating Hose inspection, repair and change out jobs under the guidance and supervision of Marine Superintendent and Offshore Superintendent.

 

 Actively particpated in all activities during SBM failure and SBM installation including hose inspection, hose repair and pressure testing at Kakinada docy yard.

 

3. Routing assistance to mooring master and maintenance team during change out of 16 Butterfuly valuve, Camlock Coupling, autuators.

 

4. Assisted Cairn Personnel in attending SBM leaks and hose break out incidents.

Projects executed at West Coast of India

 

Fabrication and erection of necessary piping for BJ Services at LA & LB.  Offshore platforms at Lakshmi field, west coast of India operated by CAIRN ENERGY INDIA LIMITED.

 

Subsea pipeline Hydrotesting & Nitrogen flushing assistance provided for M/s.BJ Services, UAE for CAMBAY of Gujarat at West Coast of India offshore oil & gas Lakshin field operated by CEIL. 

 

Provided all required commissioning assistance as required by CARIN ENERGY INDIA LIMITED & Clough - HHI Consortium for commissioning the lakshmi gas project.
